Fundraisers all set for Comic Relief
12:56pm Thursday 14th March 2013 in News
Comic Relief returns on Friday with hundreds of people around Craven getting ready for some weird and wacky fundraising events.
Brave teachers at Ermysted’s School in Skipton have been practicing some interesting dance moves for a film made by students Toby Symonds, James Hall and Jonathan Herbert.
Posted on YouTube, the video shows 33 willing, and often suspicious, members of staff dancing and miming the words to the 2012 hit single “Bom! Bom” by Sam and the Womp.
The video will be screened to students on Friday lunchtime.
Elsewhere, the Red Lion Pub in Skipton High Street will be holding the “Biggest Onesie Party Ever” on Friday evening, with a homemade cake, coffee, books, music and DVD sale during the day.
