Wild Wednesday fun at Malham National Park Centre
8:00am Sunday 1st September 2013 in News
More than 100 children and adults enjoyed some Wild Wednesday fun at Malham National Park Centre.
It was one of a series of summer events organised by the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority to keep youngsters amused during the long school holiday.
“Some people arrived at 11am and stayed until 3pm, taking part in a variety of different activities,” said an authority spokesman.
The itinerary included stream dipping, making animal prints using plaster of Paris, learning how to track animals and building “boats” which were then launched on the river.
