7:00am Thursday 10th October 2013 in News
Skipton man Craig Boyd has been given a conditional discharge by magistrates for the possession of cannabis. Police conducting a search of Boyd’s home in Clitheroe Street on September 9 found a quantity of the class B drug, Skipton magistrates heard on Friday.
Boyd, who admitted possession, was already on a year-long community order, including supervision and unpaid work, for criminal damage given in July, the court heard. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, but no costs.
