Skipton’s new Aldi store is set to open next Thursday, November 28.
The new store, on Keighley Road, will open its doors at 8am and will reward the first 100 people in the queue with a golden envelope, containing a special ticket to win prizes including two 40-inch HD televisions, portable DVD players, wireless headphones plus Aldi goody bags and vouchers.
Shoppers will also be invited to sample some of the fresh and seasonal produce available in-store.
The new store – which will employ 25 people – offers 990 square metres of shop floor space with 86 car parking spaces and is situated on part of the Ford garage site.
It will be officially opened by store manager Mark Vine.
Aldi area manager Jonathan Kulik said: “After five months of preparation, the team and I are looking forward to welcoming customers into their new store in Skipton.”
