A plant operator caught speeding on a BMW motorbike on the A59 at Beamsley Hill has been ordered to pay £220 in fines and costs.
Grant Blacklock, 49, was caught doing 65mph on the 50mph stretch of the road, Skipton magistrates heard on Friday.
Blacklock, admitted speeding on June 1 by letter to court.
Magistrates fined Blacklock, of Basket Road, Whitehaven, £115, endorsed his licence with three penalty points and ordered him to pay costs of £85 and a victims surcharge of £20.
