Cross Hills’ Bella Napoli has served up another victory.
The family-run Italian restaurant, on the Main Street, has retained its title as Craven Herald Restaurant of the Year.
It is the restaurant’s fifth victory in six years – although it is the first with Gino De Reinzo at the helm.
He took over last September after his father, Guerino, retired from the business he founded in 1978.
“We are over the moon,” said Gino. “It is just marvellous when you consider the competition.”
Once again, the Alma Inn at Laneshaw Bridge was named as runner-up.
This year’s contest attracted more than 360 votes from readers.
