Skipton MP Julian Smith has met with members of the Craven branch of the Royal British Legion.
He was invited to attend a meeting at The White Rose Club, Skipton, by chairman Alex Bentley after members voiced concern about various issues.
Afterwards, Mr Smith said: “I always find it useful to meet with the Royal British Legion to hear about their issues and concerns so I can represent these at Westminster.
“I heard about worries over defence spending, pensions for former servicemen and women and other concerns about veterans. “
