A 50-year-old man is to stand trial for allegedly using threatening words or behaviour in Skipton Library.
Andrew Carl Matthews denies the public order offence and also resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty outside the library. Both offences are said to have taken place on September 5.
Matthews, of Wellcroft, Otley, appeared at Skipton Magistrates' Court on Friday when his case was adjourned for trial in March next year.
