Police are appealing for information after a sports car collided with a cyclist on the roundabout at Riparian Way, Cross Hills.

Officers say the cherry-red coloured sports car, which should have given way to the cyclist, failed to stop at the scene.

The cyclist was not injured, but his bike was badly damaged.

The incident occurred at about 7.40am on Thursday, December 19. Anyone with information is asked to contact PC James Dykes at Cross Hills Police Station on 101.
