The case was adjourned by magistrates at Skipton
A woman charged with causing the death by careless driving of hotelier Tom Bannister while over the prescribed limit had her case adjourned by Skipton magistrates on Friday.
Debbie Barker, 42, faces two further charges of driving a Range Rover Vogue while over the limit at Carseylands Hill, Airton, on June 22 last year, and of failing to report an accident.
Barker, of Hellifield Road, Gargrave, who did not attend the hearing, is due to appear at Skipton Magistrates’ Court on February 28.
