A festive party was held at Bradford District Care Trust’s Airedale Centre for Mental Health.

Around 50 people attended the event, which included a service, reading group, arts and crafts sessions and entertainment from the Bandwagoners.

Stephen Kelly, a ward manager at the centre, based at Airedale Hospital, said: “We had a fantastic day. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. We saw people who normally watch the activities join in with staff.”

A highlight of the event was a presentation to Chris Beaumont, winner of the trust’s Christmas card design competition.
