Potential buyers for Skipton’s new Lambert Hills development in Granville Street are being urged to register an interest now.
Even though the development of 57 new homes is not scheduled to be finished until the autumn, developer Lovell is due to officially launch the scheme this spring.
Colette Armstrong, regional sales manager, said they were expecting a high level of interest.
“We’ve selected some of our popular house designs to bring to Lambert Hills and they are sure to prove popular with home buyers wanting a high-specification home within easy reach of the town centre.”
The 57 homes, on the site of the former Craven District Council offices, include two, three and four-bedroom homes, and one and two-bedroom apartments.
