Final preparations are being made for the Craven Herald’s spring wedding fair, which takes place at the Coniston Hotel, Coniston Cold, on Sunday.

Brides and grooms-to-be are invited to come along between 11am and 3pm and get some fantastic ideas for their special day, with 27 exhibition stands.

Stunning wedding dresses, professional photographers, perfect flower arrangers plus many others will be on hand to offer their services. Entry is free.

Advertising manager Gemma Aldersley said: “It will be an amazing event.”

The first 50 brides through the doors will be given a free goodie bag, which will include free makeovers courtesy of Rackhams, Skipton, a free leisure pass to Nuffield Health Club, Guiseley, body cream courtesy of the Body Shop, chocolates and confectionery and a free glossy magazine Brides who register on the day will also be entered into a free prize draw to win either a Kuoni “mini-moon” (a short honeymoon) to a five star hotel in Florence, or a voucher for £150 towards their honeymoon.
