Children at Hellifield Primary School have been trying their hands at handball game tchoukball.
Created more than 30 years ago by biologist Dr Hermann Brandt, it is now the fastest-growing handball sport in the world.
It is designed to be the perfect, fast team game, while at the same time reducing the risk of injury and has been brought to the school in partnership with the Youth Sport Trust and School Games Values. Children have been invited to try out the sport at afternoon sessions.
