Pupils at Glusburn Primary School devised their own apps while learning how to use the internet safely.
They also created imaginary websites and took part in drama as part of Safer Internet Day. The school was among hundreds of organisations across the UK using the day to promote safe and responsible use of technology.
At Glusburn there was also a special assembly and pupils designed posters.
This year’s Safer Internet Day had the theme Let’s Create a Better Internet Together, which focused on creative things that children and young people could do online or with mobile phones.
