Six pupils from Skipton’s Ermysted’s Grammar School have been offered places at the country’s top universities.
Four have been offered places at Cambridge University to study maths, economics, modern languages and engineering; while two will go to Oxford to study English and German and linguistics.
Ben Anson will study maths at Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge; Alex Wade-Smith, economics at Emmanuel College, Cambridge; Matthew Hattam, modern languages, Selwyn, Cambridge; Daniel Judkowski, engineering, Sidney Sussex, Cambridge; Joe Fraser-Turner, English, St John’s, Oxford; and John Kelly, German and linguistics, St Hilda’s, Oxford.
