As part of Airedale NHS Foundation Trust’s continuing work to create a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff, the west entrance to the hospital will be closed for four days next week.
This closure - from Monday to Thursday - is necessary to replace the current flagged flooring with a safer tarmacadam surface.
Access to the hospital for this period will be via the day hospital (left of the west entrance), the main entrance and through outpatients. Disabled parking will also be moved to the front of the day hospital.
During this time the parking spaces in the small car park in front of the west entrance will be limited to allow for a safe working area for the contractor.
On-going work is taking place across the site to replace the flagged areas outside all major entrances to the hospital.
