For the sixth consecutive year, Addingham-based translation company Alexika Ltd has been re-accredited to the ISO9001 international quality standard.
Following a demanding audit day, the company passed with flying colours – or, to use the ISO terminology, with no non-conformities.
Managing director Mark Robinson said: “This is great testament to everyone involved. I can thoroughly recommend the ISO process to any company which is serious about keeping high quality standards. It means that everything is documented and repeatable.”
Alexika handles complex technical documents in many languages on a daily basis.
