YOUNGSTERS are using pedal power to raise money for buy Bikes for Africa.

Members of Steeton Youth Club and Junior Church are taking part in a 90-minute sponsored ride on Sunday.

The over 12s will use exercise bikes and the under 12s will do laps on their scooters around the churchyard.

The money raised will be donated to Re-cycle for its Bikes for Africa project.

It believes bicycles offer people a route out of poverty and a means to improve their lives, giving them opportunities to travel to work and school.
