A CRIME victim has made a heartfelt plea for the return of cash, stolen during a burglary at her Settle home.
Vicky Jenkins said she had raised the £130 for the Christian charity, Threads of Hope.
It helps vulnerable women in many impoverished countries by teaching them how to sew that they can earn an income.
"I raised the money by selling various items and when I found it had been stolen I was utterly heartbroken," said Vicky.
She is now appealing for anyone with information about the burglary - which occurred overnight on Wednesday, May 21 - to get in touch with Settle Police on 101. The reference number is 12140082333.
