BOOKING closes on June 30 for two walks organised by the Upper Wharfedale Heritage Group. Short walks around Kilnsey of about 1 mile (lasting about 2 hours) will look at the history of the village over some 2,000 years. Meet at Kilnsey Trout Farm on either Sunday 13 July at 2pm or Saturday 19 July at 2pm. Free. Sorry, but no dogs. Booking essential by contacting ruthspencer@btinternet.com.
