CHILDREN will get the chance to try their hands at a variety of sports over the summer holidays at Skipton Rugby Club.
As well as rugby and football, they can also have a go at hockey, handball, volleyball, dodgeball and various other sports in sessions organised by the club's rugby development officer Ashley Greaves.
Sessions will take place Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, through the holiday, at a cost of £10 per child per day.
Ashley said: "The aim is to let children - aged eight and upwards - to have a go at sports that they may not get a chance to try at school. A lot of the skills they develop are transferable between sports - they should have a whole lot of fun."
