A MAN was pulled from a sports car moments before it burst into flames near Skipton.
Witnesses to Saturday's incident on the A65 said the man was dragged to safety just in time.
The car, believed to be a Ferrari, set alight after crashing near the Thorlby junction at about 2.45pm.
Police said no-one was seriously injured and that no other vehicles were involved.
The ambulance service said the man was checked at the scene, but did not need hospital treatment.
