TOUGH Mudder returns to Broughton Hall next weekend.
Participants will have to tackle a ten mile-long obstacle course designed by the Special Forces to test all-around strength, stamina, mental grit and camaraderie.
“It is not a race, but a challenge,” said a Tough Mudder spokesman.
New obstacles include the worringly named Hangin’ Tough as well as other obscure obstacles which will push both first-time and returning participants to their absolute limits.
The event will be staged next Saturday and Sunday, August 2 and 3, and for more details, visit toughmudder.co.uk
