A SKIPTON farmer has denied causing unnecessary suffering to a dog. Keith Marshall, 59, of Broughton Road, denies causing unnecessary suffering by firing a shotgun at Skipton on April 7. He appeared at Skipton Magistrates Court on Friday when his case was adjourned for a management hearing to August 8.
