LOCAL landscape artist Kitty North is to open her gallery in Arncliffe each Friday in September from 10am until 4.30pm.
The gallery has previously been open by appointment. However, recent Open Days with North Yorkshire Open Studio and Grassington Festival proved highly successful, with many people requesting the opportunity to return to view both the artwork and the strikingly impressive, contemporary gallery, which was designed by York-based architect Chris Walker of Native Architects and built by renowned local builder Keith Blades.
There will be a large range of original paintings on display including oils, watercolours and acrylics.
And for those who can’t make Fridays, The Gallery is still open by appointment; email art@kittynorth.com or call Carolyn Fortune on 07528 034388. For more information go to www.kittynorth.com
Work by Kitty North is also on display at the Devonshire Fell Hotel Restaurant at Burnsall.
