THE fun of the seaside was brought to Settle Primary School.
A beach party was enjoyed as part of the school's two-week holiday club, which ends tomorrow.
Attractions included a sand pit, a sand castle building competition, sand pictures and other beach artwork.
Over the past fortnight, youngsters have tried their hands at fairground games, such as hook-a-duck and a coconut shy, have got drenched with sea creature sprayers and water collecting games, have taken part in craft activities including model making and T-shirt decorating and showed off their sporting prowess in everything from tennis to judo.
