BRITISH freestyle skiing champion Emma Lonsdale was guest of honour at the 73rd Giggleswick Horticultural Show.

Emma, who lives in Langcliffe and competed in the Winter Olympics earlier this year, opened the event in Giggleswick Junior School Pavilion.

Good weather meant it was well attended and all proceeds will go to local charities.
