Charity holds its annual information day

AGE UK North Craven is inviting the public to its annual Information day at St John’s Hall, Settle, on Wednesday, September 24.

There will be stalls and activities to enable visitors to discover about the work of Age UK North Craven and the organisation’s plans for the future.

They will will be able to explore what’s on offer as a carer or a relative of an older person and also gain an insight into the importance of volunteers, whether in the busy charity shop or by raising money to deliver services to the local community.

The day starts at 2pm with a short meeting to report on last year’s progress, along with details about the charity's finances, and from 3pm staff, volunteers and trustees will be available to meet and talk to visitors over light refreshments.
