DETAILED plans for an estate of 45 new homes off Raikes Road, Skipton, are set to be approved.

Following the granting of outline planning almost a year ago, a reserved matters application for a mixture of two, three, four and five bedroom homes, including 18 affordable, is being recommended for approval next week.

The site, owned by the Trustees of the Tarn Moor Estate, is bordered by Raikes Road, White Hills Lane and the A65 Northern Bypass.

Builders, RN Wooler, and the Trustees, had an application to reduce the amount of affordable housing on the site refused by Craven District Council in July.
