A REDUNDANT farmhouse near Grimwith Reservoir could be brought back to life.
Keyland Developments Ltd is seeking full planning permission to reinstate Grimwith Farm House, Hebden.
The property - which dates back to when the reservoir was built in the 1860s - is said to be of cultural interest.
The plan is to reinstate the farmhouse to create a property that meets current living requirements, to repair and extend the stables to provide garage facilities and to restore a barn for use as a office, workshop and business space.
The application will be determined by the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority.
