THESE two high flyers from the West Yorkshire League Division One produced a tight cup tie with all the critical action late in the game. Carlton took the lead and thought they had taken the match, but Sam McCaffrey equalised for Pool within minutes.
Carlton were determined not to be denied and pinched the tie in the dying moments.

Pool Reserves were beaten 3-2 by Salts Reserves in the second round of the West Riding County Trophy. Pool's scorers were Toby Rake and Adam Dean.
