COMIIC act My Newt Comedy is due to make a return performance at The Castle Inn, Mill Bridge, Skipton on Wednesday (nov 19).

Andrew Ryan made his stand-up debut in 2008 and since then the Irishman has taken huge strides towards the very top. He is now in demand as both an act and master of ceremonies across both the UK and Ireland and recently made his television debut, appearing on Russell Howard’s Good News.

“Andrew is a great comedian and I’m sure the people of Skipton will give him a great welcome,” said My Newt Comedy promoter and Steeton stand-up, Daniel J Kennedy. “He is always a pleasure to watch in action and the fact that he looks so much like Father Dougal from Father Ted makes him even more likeable.”

Also appearing on the bill will be Bradford born Johnny Pelham comedian who has made a real impact in his short time as a stand-up. He has reached the final of So You Think You’re Funny, Laughing Horse, BBC New Comedy and Chortle Student awards and was recently nominated as Chortle’s Best Newcomer.

Entry will be free, although those interested in attending are advised to reserve a table by contacting Calvin Dow at the bar on 01756 796304.
