SKIPTON Swimming Club members plunged into the High Adventure experience.
Team members bonded at the Cowling outdoor centre as they tackled activities such as high ropes, archery , the underground labyrinth and sumo wrestling.
Club vice-chairman Paul Curran said: “We were looking to build team spirit. We enter a lot of local swim galas and wanted to strengthen the team by asking them to work together in a range of challenging activities. It was a great day and we all left extremely tired!”
The centre has been established since 2001 and offers a wide range of outdoor activities in a safe environment.
