Cancer Support Centre holds Festive Big Brew
THE new Cancer Support Centre on Otley Street, Skipton, will hold a Festive Big Brew event on Thursday.
The event will run from 10.30am to 12.30pm and will provide an opportunity to look around the centre - a satellite of Cancer Support Bradford and Airedale.
It provides face-to-face support to people affected by cancer and although currently open just one day a week, the team plans to develop the level of services.
And, the centre will also host a monthly Bosom Friends cancer support group, starting on Monday, January 12, from 1pm to 3pm.
