SKIPTON men Matthew Carling and Simon McMinn have been sent to the crown court charged with attempted robbery.
Carling, 38, of Craven Street, and McMinn, 37, of Greatwood Avenue, are jointly charged with attempting to rob someone at an address in Whinny Gill Road of an unspecified amount of money.
Both men appeared at Skipton Magistrates' Court on Friday when they were sent to Bradford Crown Court where they will appear next Friday, February 6.
They were allowed bail on condition they did not contact their alleged victim or approach his house.
