SKIPTON man Kurt Baxter has been ordered to pay £95 for breaching a community sentence.
Baxter, 25, of Sawley Street, failed to turn up to two unpaid work appointments on February 15 and February 22, Skipton Magistrates Court heard on Friday.
Baxter, who accepted the breaches, had been given a community order with 180 hours unpaid work for theft from Stockport Magistrates Court in January, the court was told.
Skipton magistrates told Baxter they were willing to let the original order run, but fined him £55 for the breach, with costs of £40.
