ST James' Church, Clapham, will be officially reopened next Sunday April 12.
The Bishop of Ripon, the Right Rev Bishop James Bell, will be joining the thanksgiving service, which starts at 10.30am.
The church has undergone repairs costing £190,000.
The work has involved rebuilding and strengthening the tower parapet walls, replacing the roof, improvements to the water drainage system, modifications to north and south nave outside walls to prevent the ingress of water, re-plastering and decorating and the restoration of the stained glass window.
English Heritage has given a £115,000 grant towards the project.
