A BRAND-new theatre show developed with support from The Lowry in Salford will be performed in Barnoldswick tomorrow.

“Then Leap!”, written and performed by Laura Lindow, will be staged at the Rainhall Centre at 7pm.

The production is about 39-year-old Ottilie Dundee’s attempt to let go.

The show also deals with how sometimes people have to go backwards in order to move on. It is about taking a leap.

It has been produced as part of the Developed with The Lowry programme, which invests in new work from developing writers, artists and companies.

The show forms part of Spot On Lancashire’s autumn season, taking professional shows to rural venues across Lancashire.

Spot On scheme manager Sue Robinson said: “We’re hugely excited about this show and the new partnership we have developed with the The Lowry. Laura is a wonderfully talented theatre-maker and Then Leap! is an excellent show, so come along and discover what it’s all about.”

Tickets costing £6 (£4 concessions) are available from the Rainhall Centre call 01282 345200. The show is suitable for ages 16 and older.
