STAFF at the Co-op mini-market in Silsden invited customers to take the weight of their feet in aid of Manorlands.
They served tea, coffee and home-made cakes as shoppers walked through the doors of the Bridge Street store.
Team leader Andrea Brown said: “We had a table by the door, and a couple of staff came in on their day off to make coffee.
“We had a couple of seats where people could sit down and have a cup of coffee, a cake and a chat.”
The event raised £216 for Manorlands hospice in Oxenhope.
