VICTORIA Hall, Settle, will hold its First Sunday Folk event of 2016 this weekend.
Introduced by Mike Harding, it will feature Nancy Kerr, who was named Folk Singer of the Year in the 2015 BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards
Nancy, who also plays the violin, will perform tracks from her solo debut, Sweet Visitor, with her band.
As well as launching her solo career, Nancy was a pivotal songwriter in the ground-breaking composition project The Elizabethan Session, won two BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards in 2014 as part of The Full English, and formed a new trio with Martin Simpson and Andy Cutting which is in high demand.
