CHARITY fundraisers will be shaken but not stirred with their latest venture.

A Bond & Bubbles evening is being staged to raise cash for Sue Ryder hospice Manorlands.

The black-tie event – at the Rendezvous Hotel, Skipton, on April 22 – will include a three-course dinner, fun casino and live entertainment.

Support is being provided by several companies including Squashed Pixel, Harrison & Clough, Stirk Lambert, Barclays Corporate, Rushtons Insolvency Ltd and Shulmans LLP.

"This is a great opportunity to raise money for a local cause," said Claire Gatenby, of Squashed Pixel.

"Come along with friends, family or colleagues and enjoy a fun evening with great food and company and plenty of drink, all in aid of Manorlands."

Last year, 30 per cent of the patients cared for by the hospice were referred from the Craven area.

And Manorlands community nurse specialists provided more than 1,000 visits to people living in Skipton and the surrounding area.

Tickets cost £65 per head or £650 for a table of ten.
