YOUNG footballers at a Silsden school were on target in a district-wide competition.
Under 11 boys and girls from Hothfield reached their respective finals in the Bradford schools' tournament, at Hanson Academy in the city.
The boys won three of their group games and drew one and were narrowly beaten in the final, while the girls won all four of their group matches and were 2-1 victors in their final.
Both teams had qualified for the event following success in a Keighley schools' cluster competition at Oakbank in November.
Hothfield PE co-ordinator Bevan Bolland said: "To have both teams reach the finals in their respective competitions is a proud achievement for our school."
