SHAKESPEARE'S Globe and Seabright Productions have joined forces to produce a family-friendly double bill of plays, inspired by the Bard.
Shakespeare Untold will be staged at Giggleswick's Richard Whiteley Theatre on Monday - just over a week after national celebrations were held to mark the 400th anniversary of the playwright's death.
The plays tell familiar stories from different perspectives.
In Romeo Untold, the story of Shakespeare’s star-crossed lovers Romeo and Juliet is retold through the eyes of the Capulet Ball’s party planner and Titus Untold retells Shakespeare’s goriest tragedy, Titus Andronicus, as seen from the kitchen of Titus’s piemaker.
There will be two performances - one at 3.30pm for local schoolchildren and 7.30pm for the general public.
