Former Chancellor Ken Clarke will talk at a Euro debate in Skipton
KEN CLARKE MP and Nigel Evans, MP for Ribble Valley, will take part in a Euro debate in Skipton on Friday, June 3.
The debate, ahead of the European referendum on June 23, will be chaired by Skipton and Ripon MP Julian Smith.
Mr Clarke, whose long career in Parliament includes being Home Secretary and Lord Chancellor, has long been a champion of the EU and is currently President of the Conservative Europe Group. Mr Evans is a long term Eurosceptic and has stated he is confident jobs will not be threatened by a British exit.
The debate will take place at Craven College, Aireville Campus at 7pm to 8.30pm. Tickets are available from eventbrite. co.uk
