AN Ingleton food hall and cafe will launch a series of free monthly food tastings on Tuesday.
Country Harvest will encourage customers to try something new, including an award-winning burger, stilton with mango and ginger cheese, Donker bread made at their bakery in Bentham, chutneys, jams, handmade fudge and homemade cake.
“We often trial new products in store but this is a way for us to guide customers about how certain foods are complemented by other products. There’s a lot of buzz in the press about food matching and this is our way of letting customers try things out for free,” said Food Hall manager Richard Simmonds.
The Tuesday Tastings will take place between 10am to noon.
