Jimmy Rodgers, 35, appeared at Skipton Magistrates' Court
A BANNED driver took his girlfriend's Fiat Punto without her permission and collided with another car, Skipton Magistrates' Court was told.
Jimmy Rodgers, 35, admitted taking a car without the owner's consent on March 10, and driving on Westmoreland Street, Skipton, while disqualified, without insurance and without an MOT certificate.
Sentencing of Rodgers, of Higher Coach Road, Baildon, was adjourned until June 10 for reports.
