LOTHERSDALE Young Farmers have just competed in the club stockman of the year contest.
The winners were junior Rebecca Pickles, intermediate Kelly Maltby and senior Georgina Fort.
Thanks go to the Mellin and Horsfield families for hosting the events.
Some members also competed in the Great Yorkshire Show judging, with Kelly Maltby coming first in inter-dairy judging and Georgina Fort first in senior dairy judging.
Lothersdale Young Farmers is one of the largest clubs in Craven, with more than 70 members.
It meets weekly on a Monday night when members take part in activities such as stock judging, competitions, farm walks, cinema, bowling and talks.
