A SKIPTON man charged with voyeurism has elected to stand trial at Bradford Crown Court.
Rodney James Maloney, 42, is charged with three separate counts of recording another person doing a private act, without their consent and for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification.
All three charges are alleged to have taken place at his home in Whinny Gill Road, last year, on March 26, July 15 and on July 24.
Maloney appeared at Skipton Magistrates' Court when he denied all three charges and elected trial at Bradford Crown Court. He will appear at the Bradford Court for an initial hearing on August 19.
