The cast of The Tempest performed by the leavers at Threshfield primary school.
YOUNGSTERS turned to William Shakespeare to mark their curtain down on Threshfield Primary School and to commemorate 400 years since his death.
For their leavers' farewell, they chose, appropriately, to perform the Bard's play The Tempest – reputably the last he wrote, although he assisted other playwrights in some later work.
Headteacher, Richard Cook, said:"The children had rehearsed for weeks and loved performing.
"We had a matinee and two evening performances, which were a tour de force.
"Moments like this are truly magical and give the children a really rich experience, while also having great fun along the way."
